1. HOW TO BECOME A PARTNER AND BEGIN TO SELL

 

Our partner may become exclusively a legal entity, therefore registered company or some other legitimate activities from around the world. Individuals are not allowed to sell on Virtrador and eventually request to the partnership will be rejected.

Virtrador is not an advertiser for the sale of used personal products.

 

At this time, the membership and the entire service is completely free, we do not take any commission, no hidden costs. Our primary goal is to bring quality and reliable partners in one place.

If you are eligible for partnership, please click on the link ˝ SELL ˝ or ˝ create account ˝ and follow the instructions. Fill in all fields with your true data. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Be sure that you have selected the type of your business, which means that you can not select an option ˝ guest buyer ˝ than business type where you belong.

Finally, click on the option BECOME A PARTNER ˝ YES ˝, enter the name of your company and write something about you, your company, what would you want to sell, etc. Once you make your request, we will approve it and you will receive an e-mail about approved account .

In the case of false data or data that are not verifiable, your request can not be granted, and we will contact you for clarification. To accelerate the process, you can send us document that proves that you are a legal entity and engage in legal activity with a copy of your ID card.

 

2. CREATING A COMPANY PROFIL ON VIRTRADOR

 

Your profile is the image of your company. Please make sure you enter as much data as the information will be presented to your potential customers. Upon approval of your account and requests for partnership, please sign in and follow the instructions:

► menu ˝ Marketplace ˝ on the right side, select ˝ My Profile ˝

► fill in all fields

► under ˝ SHORT PROFILE ˝ briefly describe your company what you do, success, etc. this information will be visible to customers

select the beckground color of your store by clicking on the colored square with a cross and choose the color of your store

if you have a profile on Twitter and Facebook, enter your ID because customers will easily get to your accounts on social networks directly from your profile on Virtrador. If you do not know what is your Facebook ID, go to page http://findmyfacebookid.com and Twitter http://mytwitterid.com. If you still have a problem finding your ID, please contact us we will gladly help you

enter your company banner which will be displayed on your products collection Page. Banner size should be 1130px X 150px. If you do not have a banner or you are not able to do well, feel free to contact us, we will help

enter your company logo and avatar which will be displayed in your profile and of your Company profile. Image size should be 200px X 200px

under paragraph payment method, enter bank account of your Company on which customer will pay you for sold Products. This is required because of verification of your later transaction.

3. HOW TO CREATE NEW PRODUCT

 

► On your account in the Marketplace menu, click ˝ Add product ˝

►Click on the desired categories. We recommend that you select the full path of the main categories to sub-categories for example, if your product falls into the category ˝ Baby Clothing ˝, in this case, select the category:

a) Apparel (this is the main category)

b) Baby Clothing (sub-category)

This is extremely important because if you select the wrong  category, your product will be impossible  to find for customers. We will take a right to repair your product category if we find such a case, however, the ultimate responsibility is yours.

►Type the name of your product in the field in all offered languages ​​. This field is required for all supported languages​​.

If you do not know or do not want to show your product in all offered languages ​​, simply copy the product name in your language to other languages

► Meta description - here briefly describe your product. This will be used for SEO (search engine operation), ie, customers will easily find your product on Google or other search engines. We recommend that you also translate and integrate in all ​​offered languages, but this is not obligatory.

► Meta keywords - words that are specific to your product. for example, in the case you sell shoes for business opportunities that are specific brand, you can type in a keyword: shoes, business shoes, brand ... and all the words that are related to your product. This is important because when a user in a search engine (eg Google) entered eg shoe business, your product will after some time be indexed and it will be easier to find on Google. We recommend that you also translate and integrate in all offered  languages ​​, but this is not obligatory.

► Product description - Detailed description of your product. You have at your disposal a number of tools for editing text and up to you to get the most of them. Needless to say how important it is to customers. We recommend that you also translate and integrate in all offered  languages ​​, but this is not obligatory

Tags - you can type the tags according to your wishes, if not, tags will be automatically created based on the product information that you have entered earlier

► The price of the product must be entered in the Euro! According to customers country, the price will be converted to the currency of the country visitors. For example, your product to customers in England will be displayed in pounds, in Germany in Euros,....

Note the weight because weight is based on the invoice price of shipping that you can define yourself

► Product image, click on the button and simply select one or more photos of your products

► Add  option field below the Add option: enter at least the first letter of the desired option, and autocomplete will open a menu with options starting at that letter.

E.g. if you sell T-shirts that you have in different colors, then in the Options field, type the first letter of the option, in this case it is the letter C (first letter from word colour) to open the color options.

 

After you select the desired option, you need to select the desired value of the option, for example, if you sell clothes, select size clothing.

In the open field, select whether you want to required customer has to choose options listed or not (From the menu, select yes or no)

Click the button ˝ Add ˝

From the listed options, select one or more of them, for example, for the apparel size, select L, enter the quantity of that pieces of clothing you have in stock, select whether you want to subtract from your stock or not.

Enter the price for the additional option if available, or leave blank. for example, if the shoe size L is more expensive for  5 euros of your major cost, in this case, select + 5 or if cheaper , select  -5. If there is no change in price left blank

Points-You can choose how many reward points carries a purchase by each option and if the customer assembled a number of points, you can give him a discount, etc.

Weight-type product weight for each option

In a similar way it can work with other options, for example, you can select the date, where the customer will specify when you want to deliver a product, etc.

We recommend that you use many options so you will provide customers more information about your product. In addition, options are used to filter the product and if you do not use your product will be hard to find

► Add attribute - Extremely important because the characteristics of the product is performed by filtration of the product by the customer. In this way, the customer can also provide more specific information or customer can compare the products with more details.

Select attribute from the drop-down menu and enter a value, for example, for the category of electronic products such as laptop,  select attribute group  technical characteristics from the drop-down menu.  Select the attribute e.g. capacity of the hard disk, and enter the value of the product e.g. 500 Gb.

 In a similar way create other attributes.

Finally, click on the button ˝ Next ˝ and your product will be saved and published.

 

4. EDITING OF EXISTING PRODUCT AND ADDING SPECIAL (DISCOUNT) PRICES 

 

Once you have created a product, you can edit it further:

► in the Marketplace menu, click on the product list

► Click on the icon edit product in the Action column

SPECIAL (DISCOUNT) PRICES

Here you can change any previously specified item and additionally you can define a special price with a time duration of action

► simply type the special price (which must be less than the initial)

► enter the start and end date of the action

 

OUT OF STOCK STATUS

 For out of stock status, select one of the options e.g.  out of Stock, pre-order, 2-3 days. This means if case your product is sold out, than will be shown the Product status of your choice

 

5. WHY ARE ATTRIBUTES AND OPTIONS IMPORTANT BY DISPLAYING NEW PRODUCTS

 

Certain attributes and options are used for the filtration of the product by the customer,  for example, if a customer search for a laptop that has a 500 GB hard drive, will be able to use filters to get to the products of these characteristics, but if you do not enter this information in the attribute of your product (this is not Product description because product is not filtered by the description), the customer will never find your product except by accident. If other vendors have entered attribute, and you do not, this will be a great advantage over you.

In the same way works with options such as seller want to give information to customers about available shirts colors: blue, white and red. If available, than buyer can select this option and will know exactly which colors do you have for that product, in a similar way a customer can browse the categories and using filters to get to the desired product, eg, category clothing> shirts then takes the filter and choosing what color he wants and will list all shirts with selected colors.

If you do not select this option for your product, your product will not be possible to filter and your product will not be shown to the customer if customer search exactly product.

Take a little effort and do a complete description of your product.

 

6. CALCULATION OF SELLER SHIPPING RATE AND CREATING A CSV TABLE FOR SELLER SHIPPING COST

 

Seller own determined postage calculations for his products.

On Virtrador plathorm, we use the so-called. ˝ Mix ˝ shipping method which means that the model can calculate your products together with our if we sell, including a flat shipping rate.

Seller could in the Marketplace menu in the field ˝ Custom shipping ˝  options:

►Enter a flat shipping rate in the field provided. This means that regardless of the severity of the state of sending, the cost of shipping your product to be the same in case that system does not find the data from a CSV table created by you. If you have created the shipping data in a CSV table, the system first calculated the shipping cost from this CSV table.

► Download the demo table in which you can create shipping cost  in the way you want and where you want to deliver products. You can use this table or your own, but the key is that it must be in the same format, otherwise it will not work.

From CSV table, shipping price is calculated based on:

- buyers country

- customer postcode (ZIP)

- Weight of the shipment (in kg)

Enter the Country code, for example DE for Germany, UK for Great Britain,...

In the event that the buyer is outside the region that you have defined in the CSV table, the system will take into account your flat shipping rate.

The shipping price is ultimately only an estimate, so in this case, be sure to indicate in the product description or in your profile all the details about shipping.

Keep in mind by creating data in CSV table when entering data about the range of postal codes FROM-TO and the price range FROM-TO data should be from a larger to a smaller number, eg. Postal codes from 10,000 to 1, rather than 1-10000

7. ADDING IMAGES

 

Most online shoppers buying only products that have the picture.

By creating products, you can add an unlimited number of photos size no larger than 3 MB.

Photos should be in jpg, png, gif, etc. format

We recommend that the name of the Image is given in English if you are an export-oriented Store and should be in accordance with the keywords of your product

Make sure that product image is clear and professional.

In the description of the profile of your company, you can add photos exclusively via a URL therefore, the image you want to display in your profile you need to have somewhere else on the Internet (eg, Facebook, etc.) and simply copy the image URL in the specified menu input image when describing your company

 

8. WHY IS IMPORTANT TO DISPLAY MORE PRODUCT

 

 If you have a lot of products, the greater the chance is that it will be displayed in the search engines. Through one of them, the buyer will easily reach your entire collection and thus have a much better chance of selling than if you have only a few products.

With a little number of displayed product into a great overall product group are the chances that someone notices your product far less.

9. CONTACT SELLER WITH CUSTOMERS

If you have a profile of your company on social networks (Facebook, Twitter), enter  your profile ID on your social networks and when customers click on the Facebook or Twitter icon on your profile, will be redirected to your site on social networks.
